Seabrook offers stunning home upgrades for limited timeBy Julia Collins
With the housing market ticking up, Seabrook, the Erickson Living community in Tinton Falls, N.J., is offering competitive, limited-time upgrades to select apartment homes.
“People are selling their houses more quickly now and for higher prices, so we’re offering extensive upgrades—the choices people want in a new home—on select apartment homes that they can take advantage of now,” says Sales Director Julie Seydel.
Open floor plan, modern upgrades
Seydel says select one-bedroom Brighton models will feature recessed kitchen lighting, modern light fixtures throughout, a ceramic flat-top stove, jeweled coral or quartz kitchen countertops, window treatments (choice of blinds or shutters), crown molding, and custom paint, among other options.
The Brighton’s open floor plan offers plenty of living space for one or two people. Upon entering through the lighted foyer, one can access the kitchen to the right or left, or continue on to the spacious living area. The bedroom is situated off of the living area with dual access to a full bath.
Some apartment homes will also have the option of replacing the wall between the kitchen and living area with a half-wall to create an even more open feel.
Extension of home
“The new upgrades make this cozy home even more appealing,” says Sales Counselor Susan Coulson. “The Brighton is perfect for someone who wants to enjoy all the amenities Seabrook has to offer with the least amount of housekeeping. It’s great for a single man or woman who treats the rest of the community as an extension of their home.”
Seabrook’s amenities include a fitness and aquatics center, medical center, bank, two restaurants and a café, classrooms, music rooms, an auditorium, and spacious grounds, including gardens. The community even has two large living rooms with fireplaces and pianos, where happy hours take place weekly, as well as a private dining room where residents can host large gatherings.
“We have all you need right here,” Coulson says.
Interior designer Ellen Dubin, who lives in a Brighton, says it fits her needs to a T. “I had no need for more bedrooms. For me, this is perfect,” she says. And with no hassle of home maintenance, she’s very active in the Seabrook community and beyond, visiting New York City often.
“We’re very excited to offer these new upgraded packages here at Seabrook,” Seydel says. “But these options will only be available for a limited time.”
“This offer is a great opportunity to move to Seabrook sooner than you expected,” says Coulson. “I suggest looking at these upgraded models to priority list members who have been waiting for a larger apartment home. More often than not, people find it’s all the space they need. And with these new upgrades, you’ll end up loving your new home even more.”
