Senior Games athlete brings home the gold

Bob Garland may be retired, but he is not slowing down. He is a former marathon-runner and still stays in shape by running on the treadmill and  swimming laps at Monarch Landing’s fitness and aquatics centers. So it was no surprise to his neighbors when he won several gold medals at Monarch Landing’s Senior Games this summer.
